Our verification and authentication program is designed to give both party’s in the transaction piece of mind. With the assurance of our thorough checks, buyers can have confidence that they are receiving the correct product and sellers can be re-assured that they are unlikely to have anything returned to them.
Verification
Our verification checks include the checking the condition of the item as well as confirming that it matches the listing specification, colour, format etc.
If an item does not pass our Verification and Authentication process the sale will be cancelled and a small processing fee will be payable by the seller in order to have their item returned to them.
Authentication
All products are examined in details to establish whether they are a genuine item.
